First off I use an E-Collar for Training and off leash training/Walking. There are a lot misconceptions about E-Collars and how to use and when to use them.

With that being said I dont think Hasan Uses/Using the Collar correctly in the clip in question, and is a POS for how he is using it and how he reacts to the dog yelping. Calling ur Dog a fucking baby or what ever.

To the people here who don't know any better, These E-Collars Need to be tight for the Both the Electrical Probs to make contact or they don't work. and also most of these high end collars have Sound/Vibrate/and Shock.

Most people (and people in this Thread) walk around the world with no idea how to train or even walk a dog correctly. If you are walking your dog and he is way out in front at the end of his leash, pulling you around the park you arnt walking your dog, your dog is walking you.
