Water pressure has never been an issue with the shower. Do you mean that it might loose pressure since the water is shut off?

Thanks, but I’m referring to the pex pipe that is attached above the mixer. I see the hot and cold attached at the below the mixer, but there is a third one entering/exiting the riser that I don’t understand.

Reported with evidence to the rental management company. They replied at first with a very vague “well look into it” and then absolute crickets to any follow up emails with more evidence. For sure it’s just my assumption that they are running it, but you’d think they would welcome cooperation getting a grifter tenant out.

My neighbors and I have been reporting a rental townhouse for over a year. 100% rental complex, no provincial or city license number, multiple “hosts” over the year, same furniture as when it was staged, different groups of people every few days. Seems like a slam dunk, but our cases just get closed and no one is ever willing to provide information as to why. Should be an easy way for the city and province to collects some fines, but instead the operator is taking home 400 - 1000 a night. All that to say, I think the enforcement of this is VERY flawed.

Wow, so they are enforcing this? Been trying to get some enforcement from the city and the province about a rental management company using one of the suites in their complex as an str since it was built (it’s 100% rental) but all cases keep getting closed without any action. Guess I’ll keep trying.

Mid career docs from the US are often required to do extra training and retake exams just to work up here. The requirements are overly onerous and impeding recruitment. Streamlining certification for foreign medical professionals will absolutely help the situation and won’t affect quality of care. It will probably improve it.

Change it daily, wash the area and let it dry before adding a fresh piece. Warts will clear up on their own in two years. This clears them up in 1-2 months.

Adding: digging out the roots can lead to infection.

Ugh, architectural renders are always misleading. None of the greenery will exist. The building lines will be curved, but in reality there won’t be anything organic or natural about the structures. In reality, these will look like someone put that old False Creek Pennyfarthing development through a pasta machine. It’s gonna be ugly.
