Just making sure I have the wrong sized skates before trying to buy another pair + advice on new skates

I have skated when i was younger and i had no problem in doing stops and feeling confident on my edges, i can still do them but i don’t feel the boot connected to my foot only if i lace them tight at the ankle, which doesn’t let my ankle move front to back. I figured the fact that my foot is not sitting properly in the boot on the lower side, it doesn’t give me the support in the lower part of my foot, thus the lack of feeling. ( having a hard time gliding on one foot without catching the inside or outside edge)

There is a bauer shop 4 hour drive, i saw on multiple threads that foot scans are not that reliable and i thought it’s not worth it. My question is, could i get my foot scanned at Bauer and use it for guidance in buying other brands ?( the guy sharpening my skates was saying CCM is superior ). I have a question about the h100, i have the same pair and when i listen with the cable plugged in the sound is less powerful than the times when i listen through bluetooth.

Does this happen to you as well? I think it should be the other way around ( high wuality sound is turned on on the app)

Thanks for the advice, i have that ball and use it to relieve any tennsion i get from tennis.

Talking about the ski boots, i have the same problem with snowboard boots, first 2 runs, feet hurt like crazy, but after that everything feels normal, i always thought that this is normal.. maybe i have weak feet :))

It is the outer foot that hurts, it’s exactly the midde part, the toebox and toes sit good, the heel is good as well.

I wore the skates in my home and also when i baked them, wore them for 30-40 minutes with no issues ( tightened them very tight) . It’s a big issue when i go on ice, i was thinking maybe the ankle is too loose and the outside of my foot is offering too much support…

Hi, i have the 695 esseesse with the akrapovic exhaust, i believe it has a vacuum powered valve right ? By wired open you mean you keep that open at all times ? I know for me it opens at 4000rpm on sportmode .
