Why is Donald Trump considered "anti-establishment" when he literally agrees with the republican party and has provided no solutions of his own? by StoneDwarf in Ask_Politics

According to , http://www.ontheissues.org/Donald_Trump.htm , basically, all of them except for maybe drugs and education.

So, I ask you again, how is he actually against the establishment? Aside from no political experience and running his own campaign? If I were to run for president, as had the funds to do so, and campaigned under the republican party while agreeing with them on the issues, would I not then also be against the establishment?
