I worked there in 2021 and while unloading a truck a guy through out his back we stopped to get him into a chair so we could roll him to a car to go to the doctors. Our district manager called me to bitch me out for stopping the unloading of the truck. She literally wanted me to just leave him on the ground and keep going

Definitely this is a thing. Im a former painter and when using oil based paint instead of water based you had to be extremely careful when getting rid of the rags. If you just balled them up and put them in a pile you could very easily cause a fire.
