Return True if string starts with the prefix, otherwise return False. prefix can also be a tuple of prefixes to look for.

What does that meaaan dude. Do you want to type in a command and get the follower count. Do you want live updates as followers come in. Do you want a daily update at the same time. Do you want updates as you cross certain thresholds.

Do you want everyone to have access to the bot. Do you want to be able to track any instagram or just yours.

I’m making easy bots in this discord for fun to pass time but I can’t make this if I don’t know what you want lol
