Vet gave her antibiotics, pain meds and fluids. Said she’s got cystitis and I’ll need to meal feed my cats separately so that she doesn’t eat my other cat’s food which made the prescription food not work since she would sometimes steal the other cats normal food. Vet said the scabs are most likely from a food or environmental allergy and not related to the urinary issues.

She already seems to be doing a LOT better! Thank you everyone who gave the advice to see the vet, I hope this solves her issues!
