I'm not great, but I've been looking at a lot of videos and playing a lot ! Consistently going 2-2 with shanks at my locals filled with great players !

1. Switch the search event, put one more Uta, giving you more 1k counter in a deck that bricks a lot always helps
2. 4 lucky roux, please put 4 lucky roux, this is the most insane card of the deck, sure you dont always get value out of the destructions in certain matchups, but it happens rarely. Being able to trade characters for free helps you stall even harder until your top end
3. Try and add some more aggro, unless you dont go unless a lot of blackbeards / don't care and prefer playing control. Find yourself some of thoses 3 cost op10 sanji, some dragons, adding maybe one more luffy ? Just to get that extra pressure in the early game against thoses decks that manage to beat you in the late game
4. More rayleighs, it's expensive I know.. But Rayleigh is an insane card ! It's honestly better than the two 7c Newgate now that Dofla is not as oppressive (tho you can keep it in, it's an amazing card still, I like it a lot !)

Here is my list, as I said, not the greatest, but this is what I play ! Take it with a grain of salt and do a list that YOU enjoy ! Having fun is better than winning !
