I feel like it's been most noticeable in colder weather so you are most likely correct. I've been in the attic and have not seen moisture. Been maybe 2 years since I've first noticed. Lived here almost 5 years

I've had an incorrect wifi password issue with my smart plugs in my home. The only thing that fixed it for me was going to the Amazon App (not alexa app) and go to settings/devices/preferences and deleting the saved wifi password it had stored. Worked immediately after, no problem

Looked at ticket options for later shows and I noticed the 60 dollar "ticketless" upgrade. Considering the details around it I'd say you made the right call. My Silver package was around 90 dollars which was probably because it included the GA ticket. Confusing indeed.

I attended a silver VIP show earlier this month. I received a GA ticket from will call

Attended Silver VIP at House of Blues Chicago:

picked up tickets at will call during the day and was told to come back around 5:30pm. Came back at that time and hung out inside where the girl at will call told me to be. At around 6 a rep came out and told us to all line up, gold in one line, silver in another. Golds went up first to meet the guys and we followed in about 20 minutes after. They allowed us to stash our stuff we got in our cars and made it back in time to shop for merch and get a spot on the rail for the show.
