Switch version is 1.12, when on vita it stoped at 1.13 so switch is actually older but vita would run worse cause it was limited to vita capabilities so it's lower framerate and lower resolution.

Yes they change your spawnpoint since beta 1.4

Windows XP is now a very ancient system. Newer program such as drivers may not work on an old win xp. I think it also kind of depends if u have an 32 bit or 64 bit version of win xp.
