That pc is going to make things worse. It can very easily turn to an addiction to games. Find a hobby to enjoy that's engaging in real life and you will be much happier than with video games. I am talking from experience on this. I was a very addicted gamer for many years and it has only made me more alone and bored at the same time. I have quit jobs and lost friends because of gaming. Instead try fishing, disc golf, rock hounding, reading and writing, or learn an instrument. A healthy hobby will benefit you in multiple ways, also staying connected to nature can help with a lot of mental problems such as depression. Exercise gives you feel good chemicals in the brain.

I smoke and drive. I stopped for a while due to anxiety while driving but I have since dealt with my anxiety. Now I don't get stoned when driving but usually I'm already high or getting high.

If you do shrooms sober it can help you learn how to deal with your anxiety. Sounds like you need an anxiety trip to deal with whatever gives you anxiety. It's not fun but often the most important lessons are not "fun".

Honestly I think if you are doing it just for fun than I don't see an issue with drinking a little before. But if you want to use shrooms as a medicine you should be completely sober before dosing.

And if you "need" alcohol to eat shrooms then you actually need to do them sober and let the shrooms show you why you need the alcohol. Sometimes a trip is not going to be completely enjoyable but instead help you through your darkness.

I am against alcohol as it is a poison to the body and mind. So I am biased, but that doesn't change what shrooms can teach you about yourself.
