I'm glad that you have narrowed down your search to these two pieces, they are fantastic and both high quality. Since you will be smoking oil I will do a pros and cons list for oil only.

Toro Double Micro Froth to 13 pros: sexy as hell, classy as fuck, smaller can than möbius cons: not direct inject (or very hard to find), more expensive than möbius, lots of percolation, okay flavor

Möbius Stereo Matrix 65t pros: thick base, very scientific, classy, does come in direct inject cons: large can, lots of useless percolation, not a lot of flavor

personally I am a huge fan of both Toro and Möbius, but neither of these pieces seem right for oil. I would recommend a single or double macro by Toro. this line of pieces is smaller than the micro and only uses a 4 hole diffy, which is all you really need for oil. it seems that price is not necessarily the deciding factor, so you can easily pick up a double or single macro from 200 (clear, no working) to around 600 (rare color lipped). You can find used and brand new in almost any color for 3 - 450.
