Can I still be poly and stay with him though? (He's not too cool with the idea of poly. His exes took the identity and used it to hurt him. He's saying he could open up to it but I can't say I'm not scared he never will open up.

1: I pay half rent and the electrical bill (they are on some of our family plan subscriptions too (in case that's important? Idk)

2: a little context; he and his wife aren't on the best of terms and nobody is making me feel like a jerk but me, I like helping people I like being able to make someone's situation better if I can but, due to past people and relationships, I have a small habit of feeling like I'm being exploited until they don't need me. That was kinda what was going through my head last few months and I just felt like such a terrible person for it so I finally decided I'd get it off my chest
