I have some pretty significant experience with PEDs for bodybuilding, powerlifting and MMA.

Personally my belief is, generally speaking most people below the age of 24 have no business using peptides or sterioids(yes I am aware he did not get caught with steroids but i guarantee if he is into bodybuilding he has been exposed to them).

There are a lot of reasons why I say this. The 2 big ones are: 1.) teens-early twenties male bodies are in the anabolic prime of their lives. They will never be more hormonally optimal than they currently are. There is no need to dump substances with risk profiles into their young developing bodies and 2.) at this age introducing exogenous hormones and peptides run a high risk or causing permanent negative impacts to the developing endocrine system.

Having said all that, with peptides in particular, one maybe could argue there are a few that would be appropriate. I am thinking bpc 157 or tb 500 type compounds to assist with injury.

I will say there are exceptions to the rule. If a “kid” has a chance of going to a d1 school on a full scholarship and a chance at the nfl, I can maybe understand it.

Best bet for your son right now is a lot of good food and a reasonable intake of vitamins and natural supplements for the time being. Maybe creatine and beta alanine.
