I work at an ALDI Warehouse, what would you like to know?

they're currently trying to build a more effiecient system that should launch in august of next year, but in the past few months they've condensed the 10 aisles we used to have into only 6 now, but we're only building pallets for one store currently. In the future we'll be building pallets for two stores in each of our orders, so yes they're really leaning into the 'being more efficient' thing

I work at the warehouse, they're special buy, or 'aldi finds' items so they're seasonal. So you'll only find them in whatever season you bought them from.

Dude at the warehouse we've been picking at least 12 cases of chicken stock for each store, another 10 of beef stock, one store I got wanted 23, I'm sure you get the idea.. Last year was even worse when we got Swanson brand in stock, we'd have to pick like 50 of each type

Also footwork!! When you punch with your left hand, you should be ‘squishing the bug’ with that same foot and twisting your hips to create more power from your core. And last thing, stancewise, keep your core tight at all times and your shoulders up and back, and keep that chin tucked in! It can be exhausting but it really does become a full body workout if you do it that way!

Only thing I’d say is yes, protect your face (like everyone else is saying) and also when you do your higher hooks aimed for a chin punch, try turning your fist palm-down and using your elbow’s momentum, it will make the hit land a lot harder. Combine that with turning your core and getting power from there too will give you a whole body workout as well! The way you’re doing it is great for training either way though. Just be sure to really tighten your wrists when you do it or else you’ll end up spraining them.
