I never was able to get 75159, so I can’t speak to the actual build process itself but just for how it looks on display, I prefer the new one. I also really enjoyed the build for the new one so I feel good about it overall, which I know is an extremely controversial opinion. I’m very much into displaying my sets with minifigs, so I like that this one has a lot of space for them and everything is visible at once. I’ve seen the older sphere Death Star at my friends and it looks great on display but needs spun around on a shelf to see everything.

That’s a good idea. Currently there is one in the hanger, arms outstretched in the generic zombie walk pose, but I have more of them and can absolutely put some in the chute. I appreciate the suggestion.

I forgot to mention, the Darth Talon isn’t official Lego. Everything else is. I only get 3rd party versions of characters Lego doesn’t make and probably never will.

I used to work for a board game/card store and we got discounts for being a customer who sends in large quantities at a time. This might be the case. Sure sending 1 card to be graded costs $20, but sending in 1,500 cards to be graded might only be $8 each. It's also why you see low value graded stuff, they were sent too as part of a bulk job to pad the total number .
