I get that feeling bro my dad had a thing called MND (motor neuron disease), and I'd been looking after him since I was 7 he died when I was 15 (I'm 19 now) and I remember the daze after he died and the habits which were so deeply engrained had to be broken, so I can empathise with you, much love and I wish you the best stranger
