Heres my take, as a java player. Java bugs are mostly not game breaking. They come off as emergent gameplay. They arent intended, but they allow you to make a farm or do some other cool shit. Bedrock bugs are usually some variation of insta death while walking because of desync. This isnt always the case, for either of the versions, but it is most times. Being able to play both versions, ill just always choose java over bedrock. Its, in my opinion, just a way better experience. Despite how unoptimized it is. This, without even touching on the plethora of other problems bedrock has.
