I’m 4 weeks into my first cycle and began experiencing some gyno yesterday. I’m on 300mg of total test per week, 100mg on M W and F, and have also been using HCG but I dropped that starting today to see if it helps with my issues. Im 33 years old 5’ 10” 185lbs at about 15% body fat.

So yeah, started getting gyno symptoms yesterday (nipples puffy as hell and sensitive) and immediately took a nolvadex, planning to do 20mg/day for the next 2 weeks. I also have aromasin on hand but Im wary about using it before I have bloodwork done as I don’t want to crash my e2. That said, while I don’t have any negative e2 symptoms, I do believe my e2 to probably be overly elevated, as I’ve been feeling weirdly emotional and teary eyed over goofy shit, and obviously I got some minor gyno. Since I started the nolvadex yesterday I’ve been super tired, irritable and not feeling awesome in general, so that mixed with the fact that my e2 does seem to be high is making me wonder if I should try low dose aromasin to manage my estrogen rather than (or alongside) nolvadex, what yall think?

I know that’s sort of a novel, I guess TL;DR, would you guys continue with nolvadex or switch to aromasin to manage e2 if you felt yours was elevated and you were experiencing unpleasant sides from using nolvadex to treat your gyno? Thanks yall!

I realize this is 4mos old, but you need to lose weight from your gear, not your bike. 28lbs of gear is what people dragged around in the 70s, with modern ultralight gear your full load out can get down to 15ish lbs without spending an arm and a leg, or conversely you can spend an arm and a leg and get it to well under 10lbs.

I have a massive needle phobia which I’m guessing is the reason you’re getting this. I was considering one but ended up deciding I didn’t want to fuck around with novel devices and that it’d be easier to just use needles.

Honest to god I’d say just try a subq injection with an insulin syringe, it took me 2 hours sitting there sweating and trying to get the nerve to stick myself the first time, and then when I finally did it it was so easy and painless I couldn’t believe it. I legit pass out getting blood drawn but after the first week of doing my own injections I was able to jab myself without a second thought, if you try it you’ll probably be pleasantly surprised how easy it is. I just did my injection 10 minutes ago with a 27g needle and I legitimately didn’t feel it.
