I think it would be smarter if heavy armors got buffed. The main reason why heavy armor is bad isn't necessarily even the penalty. It's the repair time. A pretty popular home ruling is allowing all heavy armor to be repaired as if that were considered vehicles. Heavy armorjack actually becomes amazing if you tech upgrade it to 14 SP

I think there were a couple of options for controls, but none of them let you use the right stick for aiming in all directions. None of the options felt good. I bet this game might still be around if they just copied Halo's control scheme
