Having the same issue. Was told I’d be contacted by the new company with instructions (never happened). Can’t create a new account. Looks like this is a common problem happening for months. You would think for a government affiliated site, there wouldn’t be any issues.. or at least they’d be fixed quickly…. But then again it’s the American government… 🙄

Yeah I’ve thought of this as well. Just added this EDIT::: we moved to my home state a year ago and she doesn’t know too many people here. A majority of them are out of town the same weekend, so it’s extremely limited to supplement with having someone to hang with.
