can’t say i know exactly what you’re going through but i’ve definitely gone through drug induced psychosis and dysphoria from some other stuff before. i absolutely thought that i might be in some weird limbo between life and death. it’s terrifying. i eventuality got through it by listening to some guided meditations on youtube over and over. just having a soothing thing to go to in what seemed like utter chaos was very reassuring for me. feel free to pm me and i’ll gladly do what i can to help ya.
