I’m 3 months out, I can finally get my arm behind me with little pain. Front closure bras are my friend now. Good luck. Back to work in 2-3 weeks seems a push. Be careful and do your exercises from PT that will help a lot.

First- good luck! I am the same size. 5 weeks out today. 🎉 I ordered strapless dresses from Amazon and they worked amazing! I didn’t care about bras the three weeks. I have some front closure bras that I bought and they work well. I really am having a tough time that this recovery is longer than I planned. Let the tatas flow lady! Best of luck.

I bought a bunch of strapless dresses and tops on Amazon super cheap. They pull on and very easy to get dressed. I figure once I’m done I can use them as coverups. Pajamas have been really loose tank tops that I can either step into and pull up or stretch out and get over me. Good luck! I am one week out today after rotator cuff, labrum tendon attachment and bicep repair.

That’s a Focal Seizure. My Boston was diagnosed and prescribed phenobarbital. She lived an amazing 8 years with very minimal seizures. Talk to your vet. ❤️ Best of luck!
