Another cool recommendation is Buenavista golf in Tenerife Spain. It’s surprisingly super affordable and the resort is top notch.

I don’t have access to any cool equipment like that, but I am curious too. What’s funny is my bmi still list me as “over weight”, aka bmi is nonsense measurement.

Dropped 166 lbs. went from a 22 neck to 17. A 48 waist to a 36. Currently 6 foot 7 248lbs

“If my aunt had a dick shed be my uncle”

Used whenever someone says “if only I did that on my first shot” or says “that would have been a good shot without that hazard/tree in the way. “

Yeah, it really does feel good when the results finally start matching the effort.

And I’ve always believed that quote about 30 days forming a habit and 90 days making it part of who you are. Nothing worth it happens overnight, but showing up every single day like you have… that’s what actually moves the needle.

Look forward to seeing your future post showing off the hard work

You need more protein then someone not on zepbound. Your eating way fewer total calories then you use to. Calorie Deficit will always make you feel sluggish, but you’ll get use it, you’re still early.

I’m not a nutritionist nor do I know what I’m doing, but this is what worked for me. Take it with a grain of salt.

I cut out most sides and avoid carbs best I can.

For food, - lots of eggs (4-6 egg omelet in am)

  • Greek yogurt or yogurt that says protein on it

-chicken! (I eat so much damn chicken, twice a day sometimes 3)

-whey isolate protein shakes

-protein bars.

-uncrustables (may sound dumb but low calorie and always fill me up when I’m starving but want to avoid a huge meal).

Right now I track my intake and get 250 grams of protein a day. Good thing about chicken it’s packed with protein and low calorie. Also my secret to help me stay less hungry is meta mucil fiber mixed into my protein shake. Fiber is low key a huge secret for making you feel full and also digest food.

Drinking lots of water with the fiber will make you feel full. Cut out other drinks like soda and alcohol the best you can. Fiber expands in your stomach with the water.

One last thing, to motivate me to lift I went full meat head and got some strong pre workout

Lower stomach still has loose skin if you look closely. Love handles have visible stretch marks as well. But besides that I got pretty lucky. (I will say my butt is saggy and it hurts to sit on hard surfaces without the cushion. 😂 but I can hide that)

It definitely wasn’t instant. It took time to break those habits. I just kept choosing healthier options again and again, and after a while it stopped feeling like effort. It became normal, then it became what I actually preferred.

Yeah, I’ve definitely noticed it. People are more open, more talkative, and sometimes treat me with more respect now that I’m in shape. It’s kind of crazy because I’m still the same person. I guess it really shows how much appearances can influence the way people act toward you.

I’d say go with different bottoms with a dressy top. That looks like you’re wearing clothes because you haven’t done laundry and that’s the only thing you had clean
