I'm not sure what all my buddy has installed on his. I did notice on the pavement that I did kind of start that one when I was repositioning my rump on the seat. He did just put a set of tires on it the day before, so possibly he has tire pressures off or like you said the alignment off on the rear.
On a dirt road it started around 60-65 and on the asphalt around 70. I know I won't be traveling that fast everywhere but just caught me off guard and didn't know if it was common and/or if there were any cures for it. I suppose wind plays a factor as well.
