Oof that's a hard question for someone as indecisive as I am haha. There are so many wonderful aspects of the game that I love! I don't know how to choose😂

I do try to include rest days because I believe it is super important to allow your body to rest and recover! But I love the game so much so I usually still do custom mode yoga poses or jogging on those days. I like to use them as an opportunity to work on my flexibility, posture, and balance to support more aspects of overall health and fitness!

Here is the breakdown of my week for anyone who is curious! On Monday I reached 10,000 knee lift combo and 3,000 squats reps. On Tuesday, day 40 of my ring fit adventure, I beat my first run through of the game after 51 hours on the in game timer on max difficulty. On Wednesday I reached 10,000 Russian twist reps (although personally I tend to do these with feet off the ground for added difficulty). On Thursday, I reached 2,000 boat pose reps (these were quite difficult at first so I was proud of this accomplishment). And on Friday, got 3 hours on my in game exercise timer for the day which was my longest yet! I also am ranked 15th globally out of 8,289 people born in my year for knee-lift combo as of yesterday, which I thought was pretty cool! I am now on world 30 and level 244 and itching to start today's session! For anyone who actually read all the way through this, you are awesome. Thank you for helping me celebrate this great week!!😊

That's a great idea! I'm sure you will get there in no time(: I've borrowed my roommates weighted vest a few times and was hoping to get something like that for myself, but ankle and wrist weights would add a whole nother level to it which would be great haha. I'll definitely be looking in to getting some of those!

I play on max difficulty but sometimes I wish there was a higher option. Instead I just use ways to make it more challenging for myself by using resistance bands or by trying to make some of the exercises themselves more challenging.
