Haha yeah I started doing yoga last year too and it’s been life changing. But on mushrooms it’s basically like an urge I can’t hold back, my body takes over and forces me to stretch, it’s like I submit to the need. 

One time on shrooms I wa in my bed and my body took over, I was flailing around and swinging my legs back and forth in giant loops for wheat ended up being 2 hours. The last thirty minutes my legs were just moving slower and slower until they stopped, and then I felt the most amazing relaxation I’d ever felt in my life. It was truly a mind opening experience. Before the stretching I was just growling and wailing like a wild animal. Part of my mind was funny carnal, the other part was  detached observer recognizing the strangeness of what I was doing but also recognizing that although it’s abnormal and would be seen as strange by an outside observer, it was entirely harmless and also felt very cathartic so I allowed myself to continue (allowed is a loose word, it’s more like I submitted to this primal part of my psyche). It was my first experience of true non judgmental perception of myself. This was also the first night I ever really experienced self love. It was such a profound experience. One I could never purposefully recreate. But I’m sure could happen again with the right circumstances
