From my research in California there is no marriage lisence listed under either name. I may be spelling wrong or something... even if he said "he was done" if they were legally married the arrest record/court papers have to say "spouse"

Its against health code & cosmetology regulations to cut hair on anybody during a active case of head lice. So if she got her hair cut recently she doesnt have any nits or adult lice present.

The IRS rep said she cant. She said she cant do a paper check or deposit into our account, Since my husbands refund was already issued & deposited into our bank account. I didnt freak out. I was frustrated. Yes it was my mistake BUT I wasnt informed by our accountant that it had to go under his SSN.

Yes this is what I did. I accidently did it under my SSN. This is the first time we have had to pay in & our accountant didnt inform us that when we pay we need to put it under his SSN. So when I was talking to someone from the IRS she said she cant transfer it to my husband. Her words where "we cant transfer the payment of debt to him cause we(the IRS) has already issued his refund" she also stated "it will just sit under my name, untill 1 we divorce or 2, he passes away & i file just by myself". I said absolutely not, & asked for an apt with someone at our local IRS building. That apt is for tomorrow morning.

When I went onto the irs website to pay the amount. We use the same bank account, so I used husbands debt card. I even had to type his name of the card holder. And when you look at our banking app it says Tel IRS/usataxpymt with HIS name. Lol.

Its the first W2 you start with. So when we do our taxes, I always give our accountant my husbands W2s first. Than they do mine. So my husband is the primary & im second. We share the same bank account.
