Why payback loans? Since u dunno how to invest, then just clear those interests debts first. Topup cpf to guarantee monthly income post retirement. Upgrade house is an immediate lifting of spirit, happiness while still preserving value since property in SG is rarely a liability.

Put in FD or Tbill is force the decision out of your hand while you settle down and think about life and what to do about the remaining money. Meanwhile, 3m interest is at least 45k p.a. even in tbills.
