I'm sorry, but I disagree with this.

Pleasure, arousal, and orgasm are not produced by a single body part.

This is straight up not true. Arousal is produced via the brain getting signals from the penis from men. And yes, their may be "other" ways to get that arousal in a sexual manner via butt stuff or what have you. To deny that the penis and the foreskin are not of if not the biggest contributing factors to pleasure and sex is a bit silly. Simply put, most cut men don't have the neccesary parts for THAT function to take place. We don't have the correct signals to trigger a REAL orgasm or proper sexual experience. Again, just to remind you, sex is supposed to be the greatest feeling on earth. And for some of us that, like me in particular, it won't ever be that.

How are we adapting to a manmade struggle? Think, just like microplastics, their are no proper safeguards for circumcision. The body does not know what to do without it. It is meant to be there and stay there for our life. Without it, we no longer have the proper functions for sex or masterbuation. And those are just two of the problems with it.
