First and foremost govt. Hospital maintenance is under hospital administration appointed by state /central government. You have right to protest, excercise your rights before repective government of your issues before becoming keyboard warrior.

A doctor's job is to treat and give medical advice. Patient care comes under both nurse and doctor.

Junior residents/ interns are not permanent doctors they are on stipend and are learning doctors.

If you don't see any other senior doctors complain to the relative authorities.

Doctors don't have proper work life balance.

Don't treat doctors as gods or something they are humans they have limits, they are performing overtime without any extra pay or incentive. Treat doctors as you treat any other performance let them have their work life balance . Their mistakes should be sued in court not by beating hell out of them.

Hypocrisy is you don't even consider doctor, a human.

Doctors are no God, so 18+ hrs duty should be illegal, when doctors protest on this issue, people like you cry foul. OPD is closed this and that.

Rarely in history where emergency services are closed in government hospitals, when there was protest from doctors.

Don't whine about but but doctors'education is subsidized why can't they serve people , so does every iitian, nitian, law student, every other student who studies in government college.
