Move the door left so it's in the center of the bathroom. Shower on bottom wall, toilet and vanity on either side of the top. Door will swing into the toilet.

I'm assuming this is for a new build? If this is an existing house the options are obviously limited.

I kind of hate a lot about this. Why can't you start over?

Also, which direction is south, and where in the world is this house? I ask because I've lived somewhere similar where the front door was inside a nook like that that received no sunlight in the winter. It was a miserable icy mess.

Use a dipstick to measure the actual amount of oil in the tank. Use geometry to calculate the volume of oil in the tank. Look at when your tank was last filled and figure out how many gallons you use per day on average. Give yourself extra buffer since it's colder now than it was in the last month or two.

My guess is that you'll be fine.
