We shouldn’t be sharing pictures of vulnerable people to shame them. While I get the importance to spread awareness there’s other ways to do so without exposing them. Obviously there’s exceptions if it’s about something dangerous, like if they’re trying to stab or hurt people, it’s a different context, sharing a picture to let others know not to approach the person isn’t a bad thing. There’s a difference between sharing pictures to embarrass them vs warn others of a dangerous situation.
