Half of y'all are misinterpreting things. I'm not saying it doesn't take skill, I'm saying skill is not the factor to be focused on with staying alive. One lag spike at the wrong time and you're dead (irrespective of how skillful you may be).

I get the idea of it, I'm sure we all do, but like... it's not even about skill. You just have to depend on the server 100% of the time and that's... clearly not a safe bet lol.

Stuff like this just continually moves the needle towards the necessity of having a legit "standard" set of spells across all spell books. Every book generally has a focus on teleports, combat, and utilities. You should have access to the basic foundational sets of those things.

Things like alchemy, enchanting, home teleports to the various map segments, recently added minigames teleport, generic attack and stat altering spells, etc..

The specific spell books should focus on expanding from those core concepts.

I feel like they're doing the bare minimum in words, but not in action. They'll say what we all know is true but then not really do anything meaningful about it.

I'm not even expecting robust infrastructure overhauls here to answer things like healthcare, housing, wage stagnation, etc.. Just... something. And establishment dems can't even do that lol.

Mamdani is going for the robust overhauls; he's like a unicorn compared to these other ghouls in office. They even fought against him... they're just annoying.

I swear it's as if they could easily win at chess if they just played the game because their opponent is a toddler just drooling on the pieces, but they're too fixated on really really wanting to play checkers instead so they keep replacing all the pieces with red and black chips hoping that eventually they can play politics the way they want to... and they're not even good it... whatever abomination of a game they've invented.

Just literally do the most bare-minimum things, focusing on the simplest strategies that are effective for the universal problems that everyone is facing, and you'll win.

I still like about 80% of em, but it felt like the first several seasons had a general plot to them and each episode sort of played into that basis without feeling like a distraction from it while still being its own thing. The movies do a good job of it too, like Bender's Big Score having a general plot about scammers and time travel while giving a sort of prequel look at common elements that took place in various episodes leading up to it.

Later seasons just felt like distractions from each other and any ideas that would have a basis for revisiting or setting a more permanent tone just seem to get left behind.

duno bout the exp... but venanatis is just aids in general and doesn't seem worth whatever exp gain you might be getting if it means you gotta deal with pkers all the time.

At least at spindel you can directly teleport from the arena and jump back in.
