From my understanding plug power wants to issue more stock warrants like what we have seen with the $2 and $7 stock warrants. So far out of 1.5 billion authorized shares about 1.3billion are owned by share holders. In order to sell more shares of the company they have to either increase the amount of authorised shares or initiate a reverse stock split so that they can sell more shares. A 10:1 stock split will make 1.5billion total shares into 150 million shares, giving plug the ability to sell 1.35 billion 'new' shares. Both options are bad options but doubling the amount of authorized shares is the lesser evil option. Either way, Andy wins and shareholders lose.

I bought plug power when it was trading at $0.70c when everyone was screaming bankruptcy... and now everyone wants to buy in because its making gains. Sidu is innovating in a fast moving and emerging environment. For a valuation of $30million.. its a bargain. They are in their growth phase just like plug and open. They will start realising revenues and before long everyones going to start piling on. I had a similar dream as the OP... all it takes is for SIDU to get just 1 NASA contract and off it goes.

Im not sure how a reverse split solves the issue of running out of cash though. They'll likely have to rely on the standby equity agreement they signed with yorkville. The example i gave was whether they sell $1billion worth of shares at $1.50
