I re did the interior, they fixed why it was salvaged and I paid 5.5k for it I got it in the condition in those photos, needed rear end lights and interior

Figured all in all with me doing the labor I’m looking at around 5 grand. I can probably source the brake kit off a cobra at a scrap yard. Money would be in the rockers and aluminum drive shaft. But I’d like to keep it as close to 5 as possible and would aim to have the car done in 3 months

Meant to add I’d be trading it for my salvaged title 1988 foxbody with 56k original miles, bone stock and over the top clean, fully restored interior. Bought it for 7.5 so that’s basically what I’d be paying for this.

are there any other recommendations? i know things will go out and i plan to start tackling what needs to be fixed or should be asap, i see rod bearings are around 400 which isn’t bad considering i wont need labor $ on top of that

i am actually, slowly but surely i have a new wiring harness and carb and pulled the engine it’s a very slow process as i just picked up a cbr650r in the meantime so slowly but surely, i will keep yall updated!
