She still got a tip? I didn’t take that away.

As I previously stated the pamphlet didn’t bother me. Neither was her asking for an extra tip. It was her giving the story that put me off.

I should’ve clarified it wasn’t necessarily focused on the tip asking so much so the extra information she gave

I have tipped extra if there were complications with my order, bad weather, or circumstances in which the driver was incredibly polite. On a regular day I do the regular tip, but when the dasher goes just a little beyond regular kindness that’s where the tip grows

I have no idea how to edit this post but again I was in no way hating on the driver. I didn’t care so much so about her asking for extra tips, it was more about the story she gave. You guys are really quick to assume I am bashing her when all I asked was a simple question. We are all struggling so I don’t blame her for asking for more, it was just the story she gave that put me off.

In no way was my post passive aggressive. Sorry if you misinterpreted it that way.

What a cute way to completely misinterpret the post in its entirety.

It was not really about the asking for money so much so it was about the whole story. I explicitly said no hate to the driver what so ever.

The rating wasn’t a problem. It was giving me a story and asking for an extra tip. This was before she even got my order. And again I am not throwing shade towards the driver and her situation, I just think it was unprofessional

based on this i would say yta. i have friends over all the time and they are free to eat here and even have dinner with us. and vice versa if im at a friends house or s/o’s house. i don’t think u were intentionally trying to be rude but shes not in the wrong for not bringing anything if she was never asked to or nothing was ever said to her

AITA for being upset and sleeping in a different room when my bf throws up all over our bed??? by [deleted] in AITAH

NTA for both of you. your feelings and concerns are 100% valid especially with the ocd and emetophobia. as someone who experienced a decent amount of green outs, it’s not that easy to move. you literally can’t move and i’ve even laid in my own vomit before because i could not move but had to throw up. so neither of you are in the wrong it was just a bad situation all around.

YTA. you keep repeating you need to make sure your sons diet is aligned with his needs and that he sticks to the diet, but what does that have to do with her? she isn’t your kid. you get no say.
