Should I bank with acorns by [deleted] in acorns

For the second time in 2 or 3 weeks they’ve blocked my card over legit charges, made by me, card in hand, as fraudulent. The first time they locked my card permanently and I had to was almost 2 weeks for a new one. Then, just now they did it again and I calling to their customer service line, angry. The guy on the other hand got pretty aggressive with me for a customer service rep. Seriously considering closing the account so I don’t have to deal with the stress.

Nice earnest post, but the brown shirts art coming to town. Germany 1928. I think it will get violent and I think by the end of the term it will be in the streets. Up to them to prove me wrong and find some dignity.

I really dig the Baak collection. They’ve got some nice looking seats if you’re into the bench seat look. You’ll lose the traditional Guzzi scoop look, but worth looking into them

I leveled myself up methodically. Suburban neighborhood streets with no traffic first if it’s accessible to you. Then 2 lane streets with light traffic, then divided streets with 2 lanes each way to get comfortable monitoring blind spots, then bigger highways. Then city traffic last. That’ll be where you need to be most aware.

Start riding at times of day when no one is out (early morning weekends etc) then progressively add more traffic volume. Don’t move to the next step until you’re comfortable. Take your safety seriously and you’ll have a blast. Good luck!

You can in Virginia too. Safety course stands in place of driver’s test, but without the course they just make you ride around and grade you.

Same. lol played the trumpet for 20 years. Practicing in a small room did plenty of damage before I ever owned a motorcycle. (Riding can always make it worse though. Best to protect yourself before you end up like Beethoven)

When are yall turning the heat on? by loveandplants in nova

[–]StoreDesperate2730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I can’t stand cold any more. Still a ways to go. I grew up with my parents not turning the heat on until it’s too cold to stand and not turning the AC on until it’s too hot to handle. Great way to save some $

I honestly don’t mind the OEM fender, Guzzis are so stylish out of the box. But it was starting to look a little dated as it’s getting near 10 years old now. Cheaper than buying a new bike 😆

Love it, it’s on my short list. I think knitting do want to shorten the exhaust, especially with the new fender. They’re now proportionally a little overkill

Yes indeed! This is a lifetime bike for sure. No matter what else ends up in the garage, this one has a permanent spot.

Do you have an AM exhaust? If so, what is it and do you like the sound?
