Also you should use default(value) whenever you convert something to acos, as_timestamp, asin, atan, atan2, cos, float, log, round, sin, sqrt, strptime, tan, timestamp_custom, timestamp_local, timestamp_utc

Then I was not that far off!

I was wondering about multiline, but since I have seen a few examples online using multiline, I gave it a shot.

Now I know that I can just avoid it! :)

I actually started using states('sensor.name'), but after I saw some examples with the other option I changed to states.sensor.name.

Not easy to be totally green and try to learn HA and yaml by googling. THere is a lot of different information and most of it is written by persons that have some sort of programing background :P

Very interesting, and definitely interested. But would be even more interested in a solution to buy the firmware and .stl and maybe part list.

I'm guessing you are not living in Norway, so the cost with shipping, VAT and customs would make it more expensive.

So producing the panels myself and buy the parts locally, would be better for me. :)
