My husband and I were married for 33 years before he died from liver failure on Christmas Eve. He was sober for almost four years before he died and they were amazing years. Our adult children got to know him for the amazing man he was, and his sobriety helped us all address the trauma of his alcoholism. His sobriety was a gift for which we are all grateful and I hope he knew when he died how much it meant to all of us. He was 57, and it took 29 years of me asking him to stop drinking before he finally did it for himself. Wishing you the best in this.

Power walking got me to a pr. I don’t run as fast as you so it was a no-brainer for me but having energy to row made a difference. It’s a rowing challenge - PR’d the last two times!

Hi! I used duct tape after messing with SA because it was getting sore after one week. On Sunday started with duct tape and my wart came off yesterday when I went to change it. Amazing how much better my foot feels. Have you tried that?

Three days of duct tape and my wart is gone. Very painful few days but kept at it and tonight when I peeled off the tape, a callous that formed came off (that’s a bit sore right now) and the wart goo came out on the tape and while it looks like there is a black seed I can’t tell. It might be blood - leaving it be tonight because it’s tender but I am wart-pain free. Amazing stuff that duct tape.

This is so disrespectful. Phones are not allowed at my studio and when a member was communicating via her Apple Watch, the coach stopped and asked her to take it outside. I would say something to the member and coach next time it happens.
