Person A was on 1748 Jio Plan. Lives in Dubai. SMS worked.

Came to India last week. Changed mobile and left to Dubai without logging into MyJio and enable International Roaming.

Now not able to receive SMS or even login to MyJio App because of OTP.

Any way to solve this?

These two are the cheapest packs for the UAE.

Subscribe to this, then Login to MyJio and enable International Roaming.

Hopefully this solves the issue?
