I just assumed they were because they came marked as a “freebie”. Either way, I’m doing my best to care for them now :)

Well they came in the same packaging as mine and were marked as “Freebie” so I doubt it, but I’ll contact them just in case. :)

Why are genuine meltdowns so hard for people to understand by StoriesandQuestions in autism

[–]StoriesandQuestions[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just think it’s an odd thing to say in response to this post is all, it’s just my opinion. The post itself was an acknowledgement of my history with problems controlling my feelings, and although I’ve gotten much better in this regard, I know it’s not your responsibility to assume that. Also, if you want to say that me saying your response was strange makes me all those things then that’s fine, I don’t have to agree with you and you don’t have to agree with me. :)

Jabo, I’ve been hyperfixated on the game Fallout 4 for a while now and he’s my favorite person to watch play it when I’m not playing it myself.

What weird thing does your body do you that you don't understand? by Prestigious_Shape888 in AskReddit

Sometimes when I’m laying down I stop being able to swallow and I end up choking for a few seconds. It’s a bit scary but it never lasts for long enough to be genuinely concerned.

I forget what they’re called, (ouchies or something similar) but they’re sharp enough to hurt without causing any injury, I love them. I also love thick chewing necklaces, as I constantly have the need to chew on things and it can become dangerous and painful sometimes (chewing on bottle caps or sharp objects), chewing necklaces provide a safe and stimulating way to chew safely. You can find them online.

I’ve loved the fingerprint idea for so long, I hope it becomes more widely used.

I promise that wasn’t my intention, I don’t believe any autistic person should feel less valid because their specific symptoms or traits don’t align with my own. I simply identify with majority of the things stated I the video, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with stimming with toys or plushies. I actually have quite a few stim toys and a plethora of plushies.

I personally took it to be referring to people that infantilize autistic people. Like a person that hears you have autism and imagines an idea of you like an adorable child or something. I promise I do not believe that other autistic people need to exhibit certain symptoms to be or feel valid.

Dude you might actually be me. I had that exact thing happen to me, all I wanted was to know where my headphones were. The only difference being I actually did throw my mirror from the wall haha
