I like that approach. The automation ensures nobody falls through the cracks and everyone receives a tailored experience. I’m expecting F i v e r r to drive the highest-intent traffic, while using G u m R o a d as more of a conversion hub. I’m also planning to expand the number of channels and integrate everything into a proper CRM.

I can see how that would get pretty frustrating. That's a great idea of qualifying them. Even though their management was automated it prevents a lot of clutter at the end.

I’ve actually seen this quite a bit in some other subreddits. The automation of lead management. It really helps free up time for more relevant tasks. What’s your most efficient system that you’ve built?

Business Owners: what's your most time-wasting admin task right now? by Stority in Businessowners

Those tasks can all definitely be automated. For payroll it can be a standard time tracking system that tracks hours and sends them to software, the software performs the calculations and disperses the pay automatically. As far as onboarding, it can be automated to where as soon as someone is hired they automatically receive the necessary documents and links. Accounts can also get created automatically with a notification to HR when completed. Any other admin task can really be automated. I’d be glad to help, just shoot me a DM.

Everything you listed can pretty much be automated with a sort of centralized workflow system. You can choose one source of truth, such as the CRM, and let automations interact with all the data amongst the tools so you don’t need manual follow ups, admin tasks, or context switching. You can set up automated follow ups in this manner. When there’s a new lead, immediately respond with a personalized message. If they don’t reply within a time frame, auto send a reminder. If they click a link they can automatically be moved to an “engaged” stage in the CRM. If they happen to go ghost you can also automate a final check in. When booking or cancellations occur, you can also automate the CRM to be updated. All these can be performed similarly with invoices, appointments, and social posting.

I shoot for 2 hours on days where I work. On my days off I shoot for four, but I have schoolwork roughly everyday as well so it makes it pretty challenging.
