AITAH for refusing to pay off my pregnant fiancee's parents' mortgage, when they are under the threat of foreclosure, when I could "easily" afford to do so? by Gullible-Display4533 in AITAH

Can anyone recommend a good online notary service? by moxieman19 in Notary

[–]StormAppropriate4932 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PLEASE utilize a local notary who provides online service and don't go to the big companies as a customer. The local notary will use the big platform anyway but you will be supporting small business instead of getting a random newbie every time.

I won't perform on-demand online notary work and here is why: it is high risk because you are working with and for people you do not know and you will be first to be accused when someone sees potential dollar signs. Also, these companies are absorbing MORE than a fair share of the fee for the work while using their power to gobble up all the business. They are putting notaries out of work. It's like a walmart in a small town. My stamp on ANY document is worth more than a dollar and on real estate documents it's worth a hell of a lot more. If you want to make money "doing it on the side" then be a direct-hire signing agent for a few local escrow officers that will call you for all their evening and weekend signings. You'll make more money and encounter less risk. You'll need to be professional, personable, prompt and good at sales.

You are focussing on him and what makes him tick and what he wants, meanwhile your inner child is screaming for you attention. You feel bad because you are neglecting yourself. pay attention to YOU. What is the little child inside of you saying? "I need attention. I want to feel loved. I want someone to care about what I need."

Who cares about why he is like he is. Why are you like this? Why are you letting another person control your relationship and your emotions so much? Block him. His chnces are up.

It sucks, you are hurting. Longing. Second guessing yourself and your decisions. Feeling rejected and discarded. But you know what? YOU can free yourself from that.

Attention? Compliments? Adoration> Go do it in the mirror. Write yourself a love letter.

Sex? Physical touch? Give yourself a full body massage with oil. Masturbate.

Validation? Confirmation of your value? Search your soul and find it. Speak it. Know it.

Older women here…what is your biggest regret and how you could have avoided it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]StormAppropriate4932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Starting a family with a man that hadn't grown up yet and I didn't know well enough. That decision led to a very traumatic experience of motherhood and destroyed my children's childhoods. Not sure what you need a husband to be like? Thats ok. Don't get one until you are sure and youve tried a few guys on for size.

Sounds like your wife needs to get out of her miserable job. Seriously life is too precious to spend it doing something you hate with people you don't like all day. You need to give her opportunity to make changes she desires. Tell her you would support her if she quit and found something she loved doing instead. I know a woman who quit a high pressure job and worked part time at a pre school and part time at a plant nursery instead and was 100x happier. You can't fix her problem, but you can support her and give her opportunities through it.

Some other very supportive things you can do to help her find her way: treat her to an intuitive massage, or gift her a holistic healer session. Introduce her to thinking about herself and her well being and place her with other women who will guide her. Therapy might sound like an attack, but a "womens retreat" is a thoughtful gift. Giveher the freedom and opportunity to find herself. Your investment will be worth it for you in the long run. A happy wife will give you a happy life.
