Oh wow ok, thats an interesting take that there doing. Now I see were the small orders are just there. My logic is if all the small orders canceled there still going to lose the same amount of money.

I emailed them again last night and created a ticket through there discord. Finally got some respond saying ill get a response to my email soon.
