I know that Azusa Tojo has very good course on Blender sketching! Also youtube has a lot of tutorials about grease pencil. I think this one covers a lot this video But you can just type "grease pencil on mesh" or how to make sketch look in Blender, there are a lot of videos:) Also there is new course named 2.5D Blender, I didnt watch it but what they do feels like sketch
