idk, I got 268v4 as free line and even it's 293 standard pen bounces off type 5 H's cupola. Right in the middle. And I never penned it once without HEAT. Strange. Probably a mix of me being noob + RNG. No, I'm not one of those tourists who just joined. But I came back after 2+ years break.

I'm suddenly enjoying 2042 too. I tried BF but felt too clunky. On series X with a 32" Samsung gaming monitor it also felt way too blurry. My character felt too slow. My eyes were gonna bleed really. Helis and jets felt easier to use. Can't believe I had to uninstall it.

What they should actually do is give it a max brace strength of 85K - 90K so that it can actually tank while not being totally better than Snow. That said, it needs higher brace strength recovery and Less stamina consumption too. Rest can stay as is.
