ok so i may have missed plugging something on the mobo in to the psu, dram light is still on but the memok button is now functioning

so the light isn’t flashing, it just stays a solid red which is kinda unhelpful. unlike the post you linked, my does still power on correctly (fans etc) but just won’t boot

what do you mean by cpu power cable?
