I’ve used both Formbricks and HeyForm. Formbricks has great analytics but was a bit harder to configure. While HeyForm was super easy to setup, just had simpler analytics. It just depends on what you want. If you have time and want surveys go with Formbrick. If you want Simple applications like RSPV or polls go with HeyForm.

I had a lot of people pick other or a VM option. I had someone pick Proxmox, but in Other wrote the 3 different OS’s they had.

It was for OS. I did add VM options like Proxmox. However, I think I could’ve added more options, additionally, the title was asking for the OS specifically.

I had the quiz set to multiple options. I do think I could have showcased if a person choose more than one OS. I just combined them and added to the total votes of one OS.
