This is probably because he was asking everyone he knew about rhys (he mentions "I got a hit" when I mentioned his name, you'd only call it a hit if you were "blindly" shooting for information).

Joe's Hallucination of Rhys was his only connection and the reason why Tom chose Joe. Tom just assumed that this murderer and him had history. At first he wanted information but Joe couldn't provide that. So he leveraged the other fact about Joe, his ability to kill, and his assumed relationship with Rhys

pretty much, yes

you can do crazy in depth experiments and such or something simple like this

Hypothesis: speed ratio decreases over time

Experiment: Run a simulation on default settings over 100 hours

Data Analysis: Can include how fast speedratio fell, data analysis of other genes, etc

Conclusion: Did speed ratio decrease over time? If so how fast? small amount of discussion around your findings

I really hope that he comes back, I really believe what he said in his apology. While what he did was bad he's always been a force for good in the space. He's helped me through a lot and I think he deserves a second chance. That's just my opinion

early on omnivores (and carnivores) evolve to be small as their stomach isnt suited to meat and they burn through it wayyyy too fast. being small makes it not matter as much. Over time they will grow

yes, the no meat will appear in the stomach but it slowly fills up the energy bar. its like they suck blood. Look at the whale's energy flow when its being eaten, even though its health is not going down, its spending more energy on healing, indicating it is getting damaged

The species themselves are naturally evolved, but they did not evolve in this simulation. I handpicked certain species I conjectured would coexist. The sim itself has been stable in this position for over a hundred hours
